rotary speech

this week I was in the rotary speech comp it was so much fun there the food was good and the speeches were really good Alyssa had to go first she was nerves it was funny she did good and got third I was ninth when I had to go up I was fine and a little bit bored most of the speech's before  me were kinda serious mine was really funny at the start I yelled so loud that the mic broke so I didn't use it it was so funny sadly I didn't get a place but I don't really mind it was awesome

term 3 week 8

This week was interesting  my class had our 5th challenge it was skiing at temple basin it was a lot of fun but  also very painful we had to walk up a mountain to get to the ski lodge it was a hard but it was a fun walk  when we started to ski it was tricky to walk in ski boots and to ski we were learning to stop  and that's when I twisted  my knee it hurt a lot and that meant I couldn't ski wich sucked but I still  had fun I got to see everyone develop their skiing skills I saw lots of wipeouts I would laugh but cheer them on and tell them to get back up it was cool getting to see everyone have so much fun skiing and the instructors were super kind and helpful it is a great place to ski and I thought it was great that everyone got on the tow rope even though I didn't I still liked to see everyone do it and it was  amazing to get to see and experience snow as well and I know how to make some damn good snowballs  even though I didn't get to ski much it was still so amazing the food the people the snow it was just great I really enjoyed  it was  amazing .Temple basin is just fantastic and all round it was such an amazing experience and  maybe just maybe I'll get to go back and learn how to ski
