Week 4 term 2 reflection

As a year 8 student, I am working to get better at school work so I can be ready for next year when I go to high school . This week we learnt our debate teams and topic .The topic is 'the NZ education system is broken' .We originally had one team of seven and two teams of eight  but was changed to one team of five and three teams of six .we were given a pro side and a con side .My team is on the pro side .The new searching tools we learnt to use at the start of the term are very helpful for the research. I am so excited about this terms debating .

the run

I did not try in the run i don’t like it but i try i got told to do my best but i didn’t i did half of the run and i didn’t work hard i knew i should have done the full run but i didn’t i have no excuse when we got back we were told to do it again i didn’t want but i did part way through i realised what we had done we had made a big mistake by not doing the full run and not trying we had let down the teacher and broke his trust when we were told to do the best we could we didn’t we should have tried we were told to reflect on how we fell so i feel like i am horrible hypocrite i tell people to try hard and do their best when i don’t that is a serious flaw we were told something inspirational yet i failed and did not do my best  i want to do better and regain my teachers trust
